How To use   : As soon as a suitable contact tip attached to the meter is pressed lightly to the rotating shaft center, the spindle is turned and when the button on the top is pressed and released,the spring is charged, the clock operates, and the pointers revolved and automatically stop at certain scale points. These scale show r.p.m of the measured machine. After measuring, the pointers must bereturned to 0.1 pisitions by pressing the lower button.

as the peripheral speed measuring. the pulley for the peripheral speed measuring is used which is the directly contacted onto the running surface of the measured machine.In this case, the pointed scale in red figure shows the surface speed in terms of metersper minute.

The techometer of " H-L" type is the combination of types "H" and "L" and can be used with either way by the change-over button and can be handled in the same manner.
